These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.venchify.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and www.venchify.com. By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions before using our site.

Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on purchases over SEK 199. Otherwise, shipping is SEK 49. Although standard shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.

Normal delivery time in Europe is 2-6 working days from when you have completed your order. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal in connection with promotions, as well as holidays and public holidays. Venchify.com sends most orders as a goods letter with Postnord, then your package is delivered directly to your mailbox, if the postman cannot deliver your package, it is handed over to the nearest Postnord representative. You will then receive a notification via SMS about where you can pick up your package. (Your package is normally in the agent’s for 14 days before it is sent back to our warehouse).

Confirmation
Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation / invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt that you have completed the purchase.

Complaint
All inquiries about complaints, damaged goods or errors in deliveries must be made in writing via customer service, for example through phone or email. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and our customer service will inform how to proceed.

Right of return & right of withdrawal
When you shop at Venchify, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days after delivery. When you use your right of withdrawal, you will get back the entire amount you paid to us, after we received the item back unused, unbroken in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You will bear the cost of returning the item. Contact customer service before returning your item.

Ownership
All products remain the property of Venchify/Starfish group AB until full payment is made.

Fraud
All fraud attempts are reported to the police. Venchify reserves the right to cancel a purchase if any suspicion of crime arises.
