Normal delivery time is 2-6 working days from you have completed your order. Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal in connection with promotions, as well as holidays and public holidays. Venchify sends most orders as a goods letter, then your package is delivered directly to your mailbox, if the postman can not deliver your package, it is handed over to the nearest representative. You will then receive a notification via SMS about where you can pick up your package. (Your package is normally in the agent’s for 14 days before it is sent back to our warehouse).

When you shop at Venchify, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days after delivery. When you use your right of withdrawal, you will get back the entire amount you paid to us, after we received the item back unused, unbroken in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You will pay all the costs of returning the item. Contact customer service before returning your item.
